Binnie Kristal-Andersson, doctor of psychology, is a practicing psychologist and psychotherapist. Born and raised in multi-cultural Brooklyn, New York, she emigrated to Sweden in l966, where she performed her clincial training and research.

She has many years of experience of therapeutic work with persons of all ages and difficulties, and also, with refugees, traumatized and tortured refugees, immigrants and their children, and as a consultant, supervisor and educator of professionals and other carers working in Scandinavia and other countries.

Binnie Kristal-Andersson is the author of a variety of fiction, including dramatic and cinematic, as well as non-fiction works.
